Six Sigma Green Belt

October 3, 10, 17, 24, 31; November 7 | 8 AM to 4 PM | $2,600 ($1,300 With Grant Funding)

This 48-hour certificate program will allow participants to learn and apply the DMAIC methodology to a project of their choice.  This class will cover:

  • Define

  • Measure

  • Analysis

  • Improve

  • Control

Participants will have the opportunity to present their projects in class.

Supervisory Development Program

 

October 2, 9, 16, 23, and 30 | 8 AM to 4 PM | $2,000 ($1,000 With Grant Funding)

This 40-hour certificate program is for new supervisors and managers.  Our program will help participants develop the skills and confidence to lead people for positive business outcomes.  The program covers:

  • The Role of the Leader

  • Problem-Solving

  • Respectful Communication Skills

  • Building Trust & Commitment

  • Conflict Resolution

  • Coaching for High Performance

  • Building Customer-Focused Teamwork

  • Maximizing Personal Effectiveness

  • Legal Aspects of Managing Others

  • Valuing Diversity & Inclusion

After each class, participants complete assignments with their employees to practices the skills discussed in class.

The Essentials of Managing Projects

November 14, 21 | 8 AM to 4 PM | $800 ($400 With Grant Funding)

This 16-hour certificate program allows participants to learn and apply project management skills to a project of their choice.  This class will cover key project management tools for a successful project.  Some of the tools include the:

  • Project Charter

  • Stakeholder Analysis

  • Project Schedule

  • Risk Register

  • Change Management Documents.
